Appartamento Pianosa welcomes you in a truly exceptional location, perched on a cliff overlooking the beautiful Gulf of Marina di Campo. From the panoramic terrace, fully equipped for outdoor dining, you'll enjoy a breathtaking sea view every day.

The long sandy beach is only 50 meters away, and right below the house you can dive from the low coastal rocks. A short private path of about 20 meters takes you directly to the sea and to your private parking area at sea level.

The apartment (50 sqm) includes a fully equipped kitchen, a living room with sofa bed, a double bedroom, and a bathroom with shower. Ideal for up to 5 guests.

Outside, you’ll find three private panoramic terraces with sun loungers, outdoor sofas and armchairs, dining table, and a barbecue — all with a stunning sea view.

The lively town center is just 800 meters away and easily reachable with a walk along the promenade. Nearby you’ll find restaurants, pizzerias, scooter and car rentals, a bar and a minimarket — perfect for breakfast by the sea.

Previously known as Acacia by Villa Very until 2021, the apartment now has a new name: Appartamento Pianosa.

Recensione Utente: È un posto meraviglioso, con una vista sul mare incredibile. Nelle giornate più limpide di riesce a vedere Montecristo. Dista dalla spiaggia due minuti a piedi. Andrea e Mario sono super gentili e disponibili in caso di bisogno. Lo consiglio vivamente.
